    • A completed, signed Credit Application
    • A Tax Exempt Resale Certificate
    • Immediately upon receipt of completed credit application, a temporary account is made available with a credit limit and payable by Credit Card or Check-by-Phone (ACH)
    • Please allow a minimum of two business days to verify bank and trade reference verification in order to establish trade terms for new accounts.
    • Financial statements may be required for lines of credit over $10,000.
    • Minimum order is generally $500 for new accounts.
