Warranty Policy

  • All warranties start from the date of the original purchase.
  • All products are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship per
    the manufacturer’s warranty period/policy.
  • Customers must call Pinnacle MedSource to receive a RMA number.
  • Customers will be invoiced for warranty parts with a credit issued only after defective
    parts have been returned by the customer and inspected by Pinnacle MedSource to
    determine warranty coverage.
  • Customers are responsible for proof of return shipments. Please record and retain all
    tracking numbers for your returned item.
  • Unauthorized returns will be returned to sender.
